Join our growing team
With a focus on the Puget Sound, we provide residential and commercial property management, construction management, asset management, and residential lease-up services that help our community grow and prosper. InCity manages over four million square feet and serves over 1,600 commercial and residential tenants. We’re local business partners that maximize the return on investment for our owners while always being fair and objective to our tenants.
InCity has a start-up mentality, consistently challenging status quo in everything we do. We look for multi-faceted individuals who think independently, are comfortable with change, and always seek methods and processes to be more efficient while maintaining accuracy. Our employees are willing to roll up their sleeves and believe in following up and following through. They embody our core values: reliable, accountable, proactive and transparent.
We believe InCity is different because our employees are dedicated to treating each and every one of the properties we manage as if they were their own. The team draws from best practices and experience at some of the largest real estate companies in our region. Our office is located in the heart of Madrona, which is a central location of the greater Seattle area.
